2. CAPABILITY: I Am Able

Beliefs are strengthened when you put proof underneath them. The more evidence you have about your belief the stronger it will be. Gather new evidence by taking action on your fitness plan and begin your plan in small victorious steps. To do this, set many short-term goals with your big goal in mind. This can be simply planning your workout for the day and conquering it. The more you are able to do this the more confidence you will build in yourself.

3. NECESSITY: I Must Achieve It

People will usually stay the same until the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing. When you’re dissatisfied, eventually that feeling builds up until it reaches a threshold. That’s the point where pain and consequences have piled up so high that one triggering event becomes the straw that breaks the camel’s back. All you need to do is ask yourself  “Why is it important for me to reach my fitness goal?.” The more reasons you have, the more likely you will trigger the change.

4. WORTHINESS: I Deserve It

Most people are unhappy with their bodies. The problem is, disliking your body can turn into disliking yourself. This turns into low self-worth, which means believing you don’t deserve good things in life, including a healthy and lean body. It will lead to apathy, depression, or self-sabotage. Body fat is a temporary condition, not who you are.  You are unique. Your gift to yourself and the world is to discover your talents, qualities, and abilities you possess. If you are not engaged in the journey of self-improvement, the unfulfilled potential inside of you will always call out in the form of longing, desire, or sense of dissatisfaction. If you are not doing anything, then don’t be surprised if you feel unworthy of receiving anything. It’s the process of improvement and creation that makes you feel good about yourself, more than the end result.

5. DESIRE: I Want It

How badly you want something depends on how important it is to you. Everything on the important list in your life is called a value and values are among the most powerful beliefs. You literally organize your entire life around them. If you are not clear about your values and you lack strong reasons why you must get healthy, lean, and fit, this will manifest in lack of desire, low motivation, or neglect. You will find something else you need to do instead of exercise. Unfortunately today, it takes some kind of health crisis before people are forced to make nutrition and exercise a priority. If health and fitness aren’t high on your list yet, remind yourself that everything else you value in life, including your family, finances, and career success, depends on you being in good health.

6. EXPECTATION: I Expect It

Physicians and psychologists say that expectancy is the power behind the placebo effect. Expectation is when you  believe that if you follow a strategy or plan, then as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, you’ll get the results you want. When you decisively choose a strategy and you’re confident that your strategy will work, your level of expectancy rises. When you take action and expect success, you almost always achieve it.

7. Willingness: I Am Willing

Success is measured on how willing you are to take the steps necessary. It is important to realize that affirmation without action is the beginning of delusion. The mind can affect the body directly, but we must take an active role in creating change. When you’re willing to do whatever it takes, you’re ready to receive whatever you want.

By shifting your perspective and discovering your limiting beliefs from the subconscious level, brings awareness that will initiate amazing changes. Mental and physical changes will take time but, belief is instant. Belief will provide the Experiences that opens our minds to limitless possibilities in the world!
